The jewelry and digital creations sold on this web site have all been originally designed and handcrafted by U.S. based artist and designer Megan Petersen in Spokane, Washington.
The best attempt is made to take accurate photographs of the products so that the items you order are exactly what you expect. There may, however, be slight variations in color or minor adjustments in size depending on how your monitor translates the images, the supplies on hand used to create the final products, and the nature of products produced by hand.

Shipping Information
All ready-made items will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received, and usually much sooner. Made to order, or custom made items will be shipped out in 1-2 weeks, unless otherwise stated in the individual listing or correspondence.
By default all orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. If you have any special shipping needs/requests please let contact us prior to purchasing and I’ll do what we can to satisfy them. Overnight shipping is unavailable at this time, but your order can be upgraded to express or priority mail for a difference of the increased shipping price.
You items will be packaged safely and to the best of our ability so that the arrive to you in the condition that are sent. However, if any damage is inflicted upon your items during the shipment process, or if packages are lost on their way to you, we take full responsibility and always offer you a choice of a full refund or replacement item/store credit.
We want you to know that you can feel completely secure when placing an order with our website. Your ultimate satisfaction is our top priority. We want any purchase you make from us to be something that not only goes smoothly for you, but that you feel like you can brag about afterwards.
All physical products are shipped with a flat rate of $3.15 for U.S. based customers and $9.15 for international customers. Us orders over $75 receive free shipping, and international orders over $150 receive free shipping.
International customers are responsible for paying their own customs fees and duty taxes on the arrival of their packages, per the legalities and rates of their country.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your new pieces. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 30 days of having received your package so your situation can be remedied to the best of our ability.
If a return is requested within the 30 days the buyer will be responsible to pay return shipping. We suggest that you send it via track-able mail as we will not be able to issue any refund until the item is returned to us on our end. (Except in the case of a damaged item or package lost on its way over to you, in which case we will immediately refund or replace without your having to ship the item back.)
Digital products are not eligible for refunds or returns due to their nature. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order of any of these products, please do not hesitate to reach out to us, as your feedback is always greatly appreciated.
